Greenmaker for use in soil improvement
The trade journal Greenkeeper published an in-depth article about the application of soil improvers. Soils scientist Maurice Evers ascertained that quite a large number of golf course keepers and maintenance experts aren’t entirely sure about the need for a soil improver, and, if it is thought to be necessary, which one they should use.
Evers says that the application of zeolites is a good choice and in reference to this names Greenmaker as one of the best-known products. Particularly if the accent lies on the buffering of liquid and nutrients in the feed. He advises greenkeepers to carry out thorough research beforehand on what the best application is for their specific golf course.
