Added value

Greenmaker’s unique characteristics guarantee significant advantages in a large number of areas.

Optimal water absorption

Greenmaker can absorb no less than 660 litres of water per cubic metre of product without the soil becoming saturated.

Optimal water permeability

The granular composition provides the soil with an optimal water permeability capacity, solving the common problem of puddle forming on pitches and golf courses.

Maximum heat retention

In winter, Greenmaker’s heart retention capacity reduces the need for under-soil heating substantially, achieving an energy saving of at least 20%.

Increased oxygen content

The water is drawn out of the grains, creating more space for oxygen. At the same time, the water remains available to the plant.

Optimal provision

The strong negative charge with open structure enables zeolites in general and Greenmaker in particular to absorb positively charged water and nutrients directly. These are released slowly when the plant demands them.

Cleansing capacity

Greenmaker is able to absorb and combine with heavy metals like zinc, lead, nickel, cadmium and arsenic, which have a different charge to water and nutrients.

The attainment of optimal soil structure always demands a personalised approach because it depends on local conditions. So the Greenmaker solution is much more than a simple product. Greenmaker B.V.’s expert consultants develop an action plan specifically tailored to your situation.

“I have been working to improve grass for 25 years now. Only when I realised how effective zeolite application is, did I understand that the key to a world-class playing surface is the addition of this product.

But at the same time, not all zeolites are the same. After years of research we have managed to develop the perfect variant for soil structure. It is a zeolite from southeast Asia with the ideal characteristics and granular composition, which we first brought to market under the Greenmaker name in 2007. With Greenmaker we ensure the soil structure improves in a sustainable way. From football clubs to golf courses – the reactions have been enthusiastic. The result is quickly apparent and –more importantly – structural.”
